Description of problem:

Failed to create workspace when launch a factory from private repository and refused OAuth:

Failed to create the workspace
Cannot add property controller.devfile.io/bootstrap-devworkspace, object is not extensible

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

• deployed DS 3.18.0
• git provider with OAuth and private repository

Steps to Reproduce

• add OAuth secret to Dev Spaces
• launch a factory from private repository
• refuse OAuth after redirect on git provider page
• observe the error of run workspace

Failed to create workspace

Workspace should start
