Description of problem:

As the UDI is a massive image the instructions for configuring the image puller are essential for end users. The docs for 3.17 still provide instructions for using the plugin registry url to retrieve the list of images which does not work anymore.

The docs also do not describe how to specify pull secrets for the images pulled.
