Debug configuration doesn't appear in the Go workspace

Environment:

• tls mode
• ocp cluster 4.3
• quay.io/crw/server-rhel8:2.1-19
• quay.io/crw/devfileregistry-rhel8:2.1-48
• quay.io/crw/pluginregistry-rhel8:2.1-67
• devfile goDevfile.yaml

Steps to reproduce:

• Create workspace using default "Go" devfile
• Go inside created workspace
• Open debug panel
• Pay attention that no configuration exists, also notice that the "Debug current file" configuration defined in the "Go" devfile
