we're working on implementing a ArgoCD post delete hook that runs a job to uninstall dev spaces using `dsc` magement tool.

Being in a restricted environment we cannot follow the current approach of downloading the dsc and put it in PATH.

we would like to request dsc be available via a container image available in redhat registry. this way we would be able to easily run the tool in a Job inside openshift
