Description of problem:

Customer is facing issue while updating the Devfile from inside the workspace and restarting the workspace using Restart from local devfile.
An error message(see below) is observed when restarting the workspace using Restart from local devfile

"Failed to update the Devfile. Error: aborted"

Steps to Reproduce

1. open a Dev Work Space
2. Update local devfile definition
3. Restart from local devfile
