Followup to ~~CRW-412~~.

We would like to improve some of the default samples we are providing.

We need to ensure that a user leveraging those devfile will:

Get predefined commands (the ones already provided on 2.1) https://github.com/redhat-developer/codeready-workspaces/tree/master/dependencies/che-devfile-registry/devfiles
Build the sample
Run the sample
Debug the sample
