As a first time Dev Spaces user I expect these Sample Stacks listed in the Dashboard just work out of the box providing all the basic tooling and capabilities to code, build/compile, debug, test and run my app locally regardless it is fully supported by Red Hat or it relies on communit-based VSCode extensions or custom tool image (non-UBI).

These sample are the first time experience for many developers trying-out Dev Spaces!

Today, some Tech Stack samples are marked using the term "Tech Preview" but when the user tries them out, it does not work OOB due to known limitations or issues in the productized UDI (eg. .NET stack). It would be better to modify these stacks to use a community-based UDI to make them work OOB and also mark them as "community support."
