Motivation

Ansible plug-in for RHDH that is planned to be released by the end of the month is affected by Dev Spaces Web View specific issue that is fixed for 3.17 -  Ansible JIRA https://issues.redhat.com/browse/AAP-26913 / 

Eclipse Che issue https://github.com/eclipse-che/che/issues/22986

However, 3.17 is going to happen later on in October, and we do not quite meet their release. That's why we do need 3.16.1 release in September:
