Description of problem:
Customer is running Dev Spaces 3.15, Facing similar issue reported here, While installing "IntelliJ IDEA Keybindings" extension.
We tried to install the IntelliJ IDEA Keybindings extension on test instance and We could see below error messages :

Workaround
Manually installing the extension.
Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Red Hat OpenShift Dev Spaces 3.15
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the openVSXURL as per the doc
- Then create a sample workspace.
- Try to install the "IntelliJ IDEA Keybindings" extension
Actual results:
Unable to install the extension.
Expected results:
Should be able to install the extension.
