Description of problem:

Client need a feature to be made available in Devspaces which will help users to help/add ability to name workspace when creating a workspace from git url or empty workspace as well as the ability to specify the name of workspace when creating the workspace (not renaming existing workspace).

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Openshift Devspaces operator 

Expected results:

Client should be able to rename workspace as well as they should have ability to specify the name of the workspace during its creation.
