There are following issues:

• broken CRW logo
• 2 lists of extensions (one empty ABOVE the logo, one populated BELOW the logo)
• 2 "Ok" buttons (left one does nothing, right one closes the dialog as expected) - https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/15962
