Move Devspaces-Code to Node.js 20 based on ubi8/ubi9 images

      Recently upstream Che-Code was moved to Node.js 20.
      Some adaptation is required on the Devspaces-Code side to use Node.js 20 as well.

      Current adaptation is going to be done using ubi8 and ubi9 images.
