Description of problem:
Users can't access their DevSpaces Workspaces randomly anymore.
When deleting the personal access token secret the access works again.
the Bitbucket and Gitlab on prem with OAuth are configured, PATs are automatically created and added by the respective oAuth2 integrations.
So far, GitLab users didn't face this issue only users with Bitbucket are facing issue.

Steps to Reproduce
- DevSpaces 3.13 deployed
- GitLab server deployed on the same cluster
- GitLab OAuth2 configured
- Create workspace and clone GitLab repo
- GitLab PAT is created in a user namespace
- Bitbucket server deployed on the same cluster
- Bitbucket OAuth2 configured
- Create workspace and clone Bitbucket repo
- Bitbucket PAT is created in a user namespace
- Close workspace and close browser
- Restart DevSpaced pod
- Reopen Dev Spaces Dashboard
Actual results: DS Dashboard Inaccessible
