CRW Testing infrastructure epic

      This issue is "epic" for setting up proper testing infrastructure for CRW.

      So far, we have kind of provisional solution:

      • OCP installation on openstack is being done by scripts made by other team and tailored for their specific usage
      • Provisioning & re-provisioning of jenkins slaves in openstack is again done by scripts made by & tailored for other team.

      We should work on solutions made directly for us.
