      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to User Dashboard and create Empty Workspace from samples
      2. Open Terminal and clone test workspace from git repo
      3. Click on F1 > Restart from Local Devfile

      Actual results:

      There was error popup

      Failed to update Devfile. Error: Not able to find any dev container component in DevWorkspace
      


       

      Expected results:

      Workspace is restarted from local devfile successfully

      Additional info (Such as Logs, Screenshots, etc):

      There was no such an error when restart workspace created from samples using local devfile.
