The docs do not make it clear how the Operator handles volume resizing. 

It would be helpful adding a note stating something like

Once the PVC created, it’s size remains static unless it’s manually modified on the cluster or the workspace is deleted and recreated with a modified devfile that requests a larger PVC through defining devfile volume sizes
