CRW factory loader cannot read a devfile from a github repo URL that ends in .git

      Workaround: don't append ".git" when pointing factory loader at a project, when intending to load a devfile.

      thus use: https://github.com/eclipse/che
      instead of: https://github.com/eclipse/che.git

      When CodeReady Workspaces tries to open a URL to create a workspace, and there is a ".git" extension in the URL, something like this: https://codeready/dashboard/#/load-factory/?url=https://github.com/jchraibi/nodejs-ex.git&policies.create=peruser
