      = Start workspace page showed warning message 'Status changed unexpectedly to 'Stopped' even though workspace started successfully

      Previously, during a workspace startup, the status could have been unexpectedly changed to 'Stopped' even though the workspace started successfully.

      The defect has been fixed in this release, and the status changes (except 'Failed' and 'Terminating') are ignored during workspace startup.

      Description of problem:

      Start workspace page showed warning message 'Status changed unexpectedly to "Stopped"' even though workspace opened successfully

      Workaround

      • wait on workspace is started and editor is opened in a separate tab

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Dev Spaces 3.13.0
      2. Go to User Dashboard > Create workspace page
      3. Click on "Empty Workspace" tile to start empty workspace

      Actual results:

      The Start workspace page is opened, and within a few seconds, an error message is shown: 'Status changed unexpectedly to "Stopped"'.
      At the same time, the workspace start progress UI element continued rotating, as if the workspace were still in the process of starting.

      Expected results:

      Workspace starts successfully without any error messages.
