Our GitHub repos have a lot of old PRs and branches. It would be good to:

• Remove stale branches (mostly a midstream issue) and branches associated with closed PRs.
• Close PRs that are no longer relevant.
• Comment on or update PRs that should be merged.
• Decide if Dependabot is still valuable, some repos have a number of open PRs that are ignored: https://github.com/che-incubator/chectl/pulls
