*Information from the customer *
The impact is lowered in the meantime. We have changed identity provider and by this the account name is changed from Alliander\xxxxx to xxxxx only without the backslash. Never the less, the application should handle names with slashes correctly. For us it is not an issue anymore since we changed to AAD as identity provider for openshift.
