Description of problem:

Client is performing performance testing for 100 users, for which worker machine configuration is m5.24xlarge(96 core CPU, 384GB Memory).
As per their calculation, these nodes should cater around 130 user's workspaces(1 workspace per user) but it triggered autoscaling after 76th workspace.

Client also tried another scenario with autoscaling disabled and having 3 nodes with m5.24xlarge and noticed the same behaviour where cluster only catered 76 workspaces.
