Description of problem:

• After consuming a factory that contains a devfile with parent (for example: https://github.com/testsfactory/parentDevfile ) we get an error with certificate

Actual results: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority error

Expected results: The workspace with a parent should be created

Reproducibility (Always/Intermittent/Only Once): constantly on test airgap cluster: https://devspaces.apps.ds-airgap-v15.crw-qe.com/
