Dev Spaces router sharding for application debugging

Need an option to benefit from router sharding  and allow users  to expose their applications on the project specific ingress controllers.

Also the route should be created without  including the sharding domain information and should simply set the name, so when admitted on the respective Ingress Controller it just works with the configured `subdomain`.
