Incorrect description of Lightspeed login support in docs

Description of problem:

The referenced issues are fixed. However, the ONLY place you can use Lightspeed with DevSpaces is the hosted devspaces at openshiftapps.com. It doesn't work currently with on prem DevSpaces.
