      1. Introduce loader when UI takes some time to response:
        • grabbing a list of DevWorkspace
        • connection to a remote server
      2. Don't freeze a plugin when client is connected to the remote server, see https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces-gateway-plugin/blob/4c407df13919d0e97fae9b408d0168526ee2416e/src/main/kotlin/com/github/devspaces/gateway/view/DevSpacesWizardView.kt#L83-L84
        Instead, we have to show the some status.
      3. Refresh the list of DevWorkspace on the background to see the actual status
