Issues with the documentation for "Installing Image Puller on OpenShift using CLI"

There are some changes that are needed for the documentation in the section Installing Image Puller on OpenShift using CLI.

In this section Table 3.38. Image Puller OpenShift templates parameters in app.yaml

The value given for the IMAGE parameter.
It is given as registry.redhat.io/devspaces/imagepuller-rhel8:3.11 but it should be registry.redhat.io/devspaces/imagepuller-rhel8 . There shouldn't be a 3.11 tag since there is already a IMAGE_TAG parameter.
