Gateway plugin should remember the connection session to OpenShift API server between the Gateway app restarts

      As a user, I typically work with the same OpenShift server when connecting using DevSpaces.
      Dev Spaces Gateway plugin asks for the login each time I open my Gateway app:

      It brings redundant complications into the "connecting from Dashboard" flow.
      DevSpaces Gateway plugin can store the login session between Gateway restarts. The local kubeconfig file should work well for this purpose.

      To login to a different OpenShift API server, the plugin should provide the Log out functionality.
