As a user, I should be able to connect my local JetBrains Client to a started DevWorkspace by initiating the connection from the Dashboard.
On the Dashboard, I should be able just to pick my DevWorkspace and connect with just one click (ideally).

The Gateway plugin should perform the technical steps without user involvement:

• enable port forwarding to a workspace pod
• retrieve a connection link (like 'tcp://127.0.0.1:5990#jt=667fba1a...')
• call Gateway to start a connection from the JetBrains Client to the remote backend
