Empty Workspace uses "/home/user" directory by default in the terminal and for git cloning in DevSpaces Code UI, and doesn't save changes after the restart

      = Projects created in/cloned into an empty workspace are not saved after workspace restart

      There is a known issue affecting projects created in/cloned into an empty workspace. The default folder for the projects is the "/home/user" directory. However, the changes to the folder are not saved after you restart the workspace.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Deploy DS 3.11.0.RC-01-24
      2. Create and open Empty Workspace
      3. Open terminal and execute "pwd" command
      4. Clone project into default folder, or create new folder
      5. Restart workspace
      6. Look for cloned project.

      Actual results:

      Step 2.
      Step 3. pwd command displayed "/home/user" folder name
      Step 4. Default folder to clone repo is "/home/user"
      Step 6. There was no project / folder created before restart.

      Expected results:

      Step 2.
      Step 3. pwd command should display "/projects" folder name
      Step 4. Default directory to clone repo is "/projects"
      Step 6. There is project / folder created before restart.
