Ability to change styles for DevSpaces

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customers are using OpenShift DevSpaces to provide development environments to both internal and external developers. The customer now would like to change the branding of OpenShift DevSpaces to include their own logo and branding. The logo can be changed with the changes made in CRW-4543 / https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/22319.

This RFE asks to implement that changing the styles of DevSpaces is made possible in a similar fashion to what has been implemented in CRW-4543. The upstream Issue is already open here: https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/21571

3. Why does the customer need this?

Customer is looking to provide OpenShift DevSpaces as part of his developer portfolio. Branding would help the customer "whitelabel" the OpenShift DevSpaces.

DevSpaces UI
