Nature/Description of the Request
I am requesting that the gitsign binary be added to the UDI container image, which will enable some integration with Red Hat Dev Spaces and Red Hat Trusted Artifact Signer

Why Does the Customer Need This?
The customer works in both connected and disconnected environments. Some of their work force work remotely, and generate artifacts in that remote environment, which need to be brought into the highly secure disconnected environment. Both environments use OpenShift and Dev Spaces within them. As part of the customer's Secure Software Supply Chain planning, they would like to utilize RHTAS via Dev Spaces. The first integration would be to sign git commits in both environments using RHTAS.
