Improve naming of the default stacks

    Description

      The naming and description of the stacks should be improved. Right now (in 2.0) it is inconsistent.

      All stacks should have:

      • name: Language - Framework (and not callout the project sample)
      • description: Should always provide the version of the language that is supported
