• After the latest refactoring of CHE codebase and implementing report portal mocha reporter (https://github.com/devfile/developer-images/actions/runs/6590253842, https://github.com/eclipse/che/commit/e61a9bf72e66c48bdb2f3e3146cea902ecc708ed), the launching mechanism for devfile was broken

But they have not checked yet. So I need to check, run, and make sure that the code is working. First time to speed up the process I can do it locally (local desktop env.). After that I need to run it with GitHub Actions
