Description of problem:

There were multiple "401 Unauthorized" errors when open VS Code Editor.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Google Chrome and go to DevSandbox staging with DS 3.9.0.RC deployed to
2. create workspace from Lombok sample and open VS Code Editor
3. Open Dev

Actual results:

There were 401 errors appeared request displayed in "Developer Tools > Network"

Expected results:

no 401 errors
