Currently our sync.sh removes registry.redhat.io from the FROM line in dockerfiles when they are synced from upstream.

Due to a change in osbs it down defaults to a registry that includes unreleased builds.
We need to update the script to leave registry.redhat.io in or switch to it so that we use a registry that only contains released builds.
