With tls secret in user namespace, installation of VS Code extension in Dev Spaces deployed to airgap environment with self-signed TLS certificate failed because "unsupported certificate purpose" error

      Description of problem:

      Workaround

      Download VSX extensions manually inside workspace terminal using wget command with option to ignoring TLS certificate errors, and then install them into the VS Code Editor.

       # create workspace and try to install recommended extension
