Since the existing 3.7 idea-rhel8 container is Technology Preview, only single-arch (x86_64) and based on deprecated Projector code from IntelliJ, we might want to consider:
- remove the sections of doc that refers to the downstream idea-rhel8 container entirely
- stop building the idea-rhel8 container
