Since the existing 3.7 docs refer to the upstream community Kubernetes Image Puller Operator and how to install it via OpenShift Web Console, we might want to consider:
- ensure the upstream KIP and KIPO containers are FIPS-compliant and built for x86_64, s390x and ppc64le arches - https://github.com/eclipse/che/issues/22416 (and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-4582 )
- remove the section of doc that refers to the downstream imagepuller-rhel8 container entirely, and update docs re: FIPS https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CRW-4598
- stop building the imagepuller-rhel8 container
