Unable to launch workspace using Github Enterprise Server RAW link to the devfile with Oauth accepted.

Actual results:

While trying to launch workspace using Github Enterprise Server RAW link to the devfile with Oauth accepted. Following error is observed:
Cannot build factory with any of the provided parameters. Please check parameters correctness, and resend query.

Expected results:

Workspace starts up successfully using the RAW Devfile link.
