Description of problem:

Public endpoints are not listed in the endpoints pane after Dev Spaces 3.6 upgrade

Prerequisites:

Openshift Devspaces operator: v 3.6 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sample workspace from the Devspaces Dashboard
2. Once the workspace is created go to the workspace > on the lower left-hand side you will see the endpoints option. 
3. Expand that and there you will see only Internal endpoints listed (for Devspaces v 3.6)

Actual results:

The public endpoints are not been listed in the endpoints pane when you click on the eye icon on top of the endpoint dropdown, the public endpoints show up. **

Client suspect the issue is the visibility (eye icon) is turned off by default.

Expected results:

 The public endpoints should be listed in the endpoints pane in v 3.6 as it was showing up in the older version (v3.5). **

Additional info (Such as Logs, Screenshots, etc):

 It's an update from one of the clients that "when the visibility (eye icon) is enabled", the public endpoints show up. but their  point is as of version 3.6 by 
 default visibility is disabled it used to be enabled by default. for end users, it is not intuitive. For them, this is a regression compared to previous versions.
