TL;DR is we need to set up a process to publish source tarballs for all content in CRW, starting with 1.0 and moving up to 1.2.4. Also needed for 2.0 and beyond.

Stuff that needs collecting:

• Source from the lookaside cache
• Where the looksaside cache contains binaries, the source for these binaries from upstream

How to find sources of binaries in the cache:

OPTION 1: look in the get-sources-jenkins.sh next to the Dockerfile in pkgs.devel repo. This script is used to pull latest binaries from Jenkins and commit them to lookaside cache. Example: theia

OPTION 2: if the get-sources-jenkins.sh script doesn't actually contain upstream references then you're done - nothing 3rd party or upstream to fetch. Example: stacks-cpp
