[RN] Cannot create Kubernetes/Openshift Components from Devfile

Description of problem:

Creating a workspace from a devfile containing kubernetes/openshift resources results into a constant failure. In particular it appears the OpenShift "admission webhook mutate.devworkspace-controller.svc" denied the request for creating the resources from the devfile (attached in this issue)
