Factory with che-idea editor param is not consumed

      Description of problem:

      When we try to apply a factory with che-idea parameter the parameter is ignored and we get a DevSpace with default VsCode editor

      Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

      It can be reproduced on the test cluster for example here:
      https://console-openshift-console.apps.ocp412-aws.crw-qe.com 
      Or on the latest version of Devspaces 3.6

      Steps to Reproduce

      1) Setup the latest version of DevSpaces, 
      Login into the dashboard and paste the link like {devspaces_url}/dashboard/#https://github.com/che-samples/web-nodejs-sample.git?che-editor=che-incubator/che-idea/latest

      2) Waiting for the loading of a DevWorkspace

       

      Actual results:

      The DevSpace starts with VsCode editor

      Expected results:

      We need to create a DevSpace with the Idea editor

      According to the screenshot, we can see in the editor content request from the dashboard that there was an applied che-code editor instead of che-idea
