Default selected devfile on workspace startup should be Java EAP Maven, not Cake PHP

    Description

      On startup the list of devfiles OOTB in CRW 2 is:

      • not sorted alphabetically
      • default selected is #3 on the list, CakePHP, rather than the Java Maven (EAP, Springboot, etc.) examples.

      We should fix the sort order and make sure the EAP one is the default selected, as we have in CRW 1.2
