Git 'commit' fails when PAT is configured for bitbucket server on DS 3.6.0

      Description of problem:

      Git 'commit' command is failed when PAT is configured for bitbucket server repositories:

      • public / private repository factory with configured Personal Access Token
        ( server version: Atlassian Bitbucket v7.17.10 which supports OAuth 1.0 ).

      •  public / private repository factory with configured HTTP access tokens
        ( server version: Atlassian Bitbucket v8.8.2 which supports OAuth 2.0 ).

      Prerequisites:

      – DS 3.6.0.RC-04-27(2)

      Index image v4.10: brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:486950
      Index image v4.12: brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:486968
      

      – bitbucket server with test repository available to launch a factory
      – configured Personal Access Token or HTTP Access Token

      Steps to Reproduce

      – login to DS as usual user(without OCP cluster admin right)
      – private/public with setup Personal Access Token / HTTP access token
      – launch a factory
      – try git commit
       

      Actual results:

      there is appeared a warning pop up

      Expected results:

      local commit is always possible
