Remove che-theia references from the plugin registry

      Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

      Since we stop supporting Theia as a built-in Che editor, we need to cleanup che-plugin-registry by removing che-theia editor definition and all related stuff (sidecars, plugins) - see https://github.com/redhat-developer/devspaces/tree/devspaces-3-rhel-8/dependencies/

      Describe the solution you'd like

      Remove che-theia editor definition
      Remove che-theia plugins
      Remove sidecars
      Make the plugin registry build happy
