Remove che-theia references from the devfile registry

      Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

      Since we stop supporting Theia as a built-in Che editor, we need to cleanup che-devfile-registry and don't generate devworkspaces with che-theia editor (in devspaces repo)

      Describe the solution you'd like

      Remove generation of devworkspaces + che-theia editor
      Remove information about devworkspaces+che-theia from the index.json
