TLS Termination support for Devfile Endpoint

Currently, the endpoint only supports Edge TLS Termination. However, this request to enhance it by allowing developers to define an endpoint in the devfile with TLS termination. The possible terminations are Edge (default), Passthrough, or Re-encrypt.

One practical example of this enhancement is when starting an application in the workspace with SSL enabled. In this case, DevWorkspace must create a route with TLS termination passthrough to ensure the traffic is served correctly to the pod.
