Investigate why quay.io/devspaces/iib catalog sources no longer work

    Description

      For at least a week the filtered/copied IIBs at quay.io/devspaces/iib no longer work as catalog sources when passed to dsc or the installDevSpaces*.sh script.

      Need to figure out what changed, and make the quay IIBs usable again.
