Description of problem:

DS 3.5.0 Workspace pod failed to pull image "registry.redhat.io/devspaces/udi-rhel8:3.5": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = reading manifest 3.5 in registry.redhat.io/devspaces/udi-rhel8: StatusCode: 404, Not found

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup mirroring from registry.redhat.io to brew.registry.redhat.io applied in test OCP.
2. install DS 3.5.0.ER iib image for "devspaces-operator-bundle:3.5-117": brew.registry.redhat.io/rh-osbs/iib:427105
3. Go to Dashboard and try to create and start any workspace

Actual results:

Workspace failed to start:
